Are you new to Rosewood x Paws in the Bath? We are excited to meet you and your dog. Our team is proud to serve pet owners in Scarborough, the Rouge Valley area and east Toronto from our convenient location at 15 Reesor Road.

If you are interested in learning more about Rosewood x Paws in the Bath and seeing how our daycare and boarding services work, we invite you to book a Meet and Greet. This visit is the first step for all new clients and helps us get to know you and your dog before their first full day with us.
We are focused on health and safety, and making sure your dog is comfortable in this new environment and around new people is an important part of the process. During your visit, we will spend time saying hello to your dog and learning more about their personality, routine and preferences.
Please make sure your dog arrives on leash. It is important that they are friendly so that we can greet them safely. We understand they may be nervous at first and that is okay, most dogs tend to warm up to us as they settle in. If treats help your dog feel more at ease, please bring some of their favourites with you.
During your Meet and Greet, we will show you our private dog park, if it is not in use, and give your dog the chance for a little sniff around so they can get used to the sounds and smells of this new and exciting environment.
You will then be shown our reception area and one of the dog boarding rooms so you can see where your dog may stay if they board overnight. This is a great opportunity to ask questions about our routines, schedules and how we care for our guests. There is also plenty of information on our website and in our brochure with full service and pricing details.
A first day at daycare can feel overwhelming for some dogs, so we move at your dog’s pace and give them time to settle in. After you drop them off for Daycare in the morning, our team will perform a First Day Assessment. We will observe how they do inside in their own private space and outside among the new smells, surroundings, routines, dogs and staff.
When you pick up your dog in the afternoon, we will provide you with a full report about how their day went. If everything goes well, you will be able to book additional Daycare days and Overnight Boarding Vacations through your account. On the first day, your dog will be around the other dogs but usually not in direct contact. This slow introduction helps reduce stress and builds confidence for future visits.
