These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Rosewood x Paws in the Bath services including grooming, daycare, boarding and access to our online platforms. By booking an appointment, accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Eligibility
To use our services, clients must:
• Provide accurate and complete personal and pet information
• Agree to Rosewood safety protocols and staff instructions
• Meet all vaccination and health requirements
• Ensure their dog is in suitable condition for grooming, daycare or boarding
We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that may pose a safety risk to themselves, staff or other dogs.
2. Vaccinations and Health Requirements
All dogs must be up to date with required vaccinations or have documented titer results. Dogs must be free of contagious illness, parasites and fleas. Dogs showing signs of illness may be denied service for the safety of all pets.
3. Grooming Services
Grooming results may vary depending on coat condition, temperament and health factors. Additional charges may apply for severe matting, aggressive behavior, extended grooming time or special handling. Rosewood uses gentle, industry-standard practices but is not liable for preexisting conditions discovered during grooming.
4. Daycare and Boarding Services
Clients acknowledge that:
• Dogs may be grouped based on size, temperament and eligibility
• Intact dogs may be excluded from group play
• Dogs may be separated for safety or behavioral reasons
• Rosewood may adjust a dog’s schedule, routine or activities for safety
For boarding stays, clients must provide adequate food, medication and belongings. Rosewood is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
5. Private Park Play
Private Dog Park use is limited to the household who booked the session. Clients must monitor their dog during all private play sessions and follow staff instructions. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
6. Medications
We administer medications in accordance with provided instructions but do not administer injectable medications. Additional fees apply for multiple medication requirements.
7. Payment and Billing
Payment is required at the time of booking or service completion. Grooming appointments may require a deposit. Daycare packages and boarding fees are non-refundable. Prices are subject to change.
8. Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellation policies vary by service:
• Grooming: may require 24 hours notice
• Boarding: may require advance notice
• Daycare: subject to availability and existing commitments
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees or loss of deposit.
9. Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution, Rosewood is not liable for:
• Illness, injury or accidents resulting from unforeseeable events
• Preexisting medical conditions
• Behavioral issues caused by factors outside our control
• Damage to personal items
Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog to the facility or equipment.
10. Online Accounts and Portals
Users accessing Gingr, MOGO or any online platform agree to follow all security and usage guidelines. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
11. Website Use
Users may not copy, reproduce or distribute website content without permission. Unauthorized use may result in removal of access.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
